As you may have noticed... No real update since my last one 5 years ago. So I hope to get one going soon ... say by year end 2010. That gives me about 2 months to get it done. As expected there have lots of changes ... older and more grandkids are the big items.
I'm somewhat in retirement at this time so I have a lots
of time to spend with our grandkids and fun hobbies. Some of which are:
boating (23' SeaRay Weekender, which I service the outdrive), electronics,
building the Pennsylvania A3 Switcher Steam Engine by Kozo Hiraoka in 3/4"
scale and other odds and ends.
Stephanie and Brian bought a house in Anaheim Hills, California (about 90 miles East of us) about a year ago. They looked and looked and finally found what they wanted. It's a very nice home! As with most new homes they have done a lot of re-modeling ... master bedroom and bath and the huge game room. Stephanie works at an accounting firm and has received her CPA certificate in April 2004. It was a long and hard journey, but she made it!! Congratulation Stephanie, job well done! Brian is the owner of a thriving air conditioning company, which keeps him very busy with commercial and residential contracts. He loves all sports, plays softball and cheers on the Eagles and Flyers. Buddy has been part of the family for many years .. loves to eat and demands much attention.
Michelle and family live in Newbury
Park, California, just over the hill about 15 minutes away.
Patrick likes to see big trucks and tires. Mckenna likes her toy telephone (what does that tell you?) and blankets. They get into everything, always looking for new things to see and do ... pushing buttons, pulling on things, opening doors and pointing at whatever they see and asking "What is that?" and "What happened?". Now they are playing games on the computer and climbing over the fence. Quite a pair. Here they are helping each other open their birthday presents.
That's all for now!!
